Multilingual text in Pages 5

Good day to all

I didn't find the way to select a part of a text and tell Pages it is in another language that the rest of the text.

I am typing mostly in french but some times have to use english, german or italian words.

I have put all those languages in my keyboard output preferences in the right order (first "french" then the others depending on their frequency) but it keeps not permetting me to have all the text in french and some words in other languages. If I select the right language for a group of word in the grammar and spelling windows it put all the text in that language and not the one I selected.

Should anybody have a clue?
