Q: Help! Unable to download apps and iCloud T&C issues!

So this has seriously been bugging me for a long time.

I download an app from the store, then when I go to open the app, there's nothing there. No new icons, nothing. It's been like 2 weeks now. Any ideas?

I've had to manage without iCloud too! As I can't accept the new terms and conditions! I get constant notifications telling me to do it, every time  try I get a message "unable to connect to server"

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
