You almost certainly have a significant hardware problem. Contact Apple's MacBook Pro Support or an Apple-Authorized Service Provider for help.
If you like, and if you can see to use it, you can try Apple Hardware Test to see if it confirms a video problem. If you have never used AHT, the instructions on how to use it are in your MBP's User Guide manual. Understand that AHT is not infallible. In fact, AHT has only reported one valid hardware problem for me although there have been a few other occasions in the past thirty years when one of my Macs needed hardware fixes that AHT could not find.
