Cannot install the driver pack to any of the drives on my macbook

I downloaded this driver pac HPPrintDrivers1.1.1.dmg to my MacBook Pro. and I'm not allowed to install to any of my drives. The message says: "Hewlett-Packard Printer Drivers can't be installed on this disk. This volume does not meet the requirements for this update"

Your signature shows a vast difference between the system you are trying to install the drivers for and the system the drivers were written for. Many things written for 10.5.8 or earlier were written with PowerPC Macs in consideration. Are you running 10.9.1, or 10.5.3 or 10.5.8? Check Apple menu -> About This Mac.

Whilst it may not be your fault I am afraid it appears that your post is on a forum which is not the best for your OS. It will save the time of the unpaid volunteers here, and may resolve your issue faster, if you could examine the list below and see if there is a more appropriate forum to which you could direct your question.
