How is it possible to syncronise music from iPod to iTunes on the PC?

After all the mess I had with last iTunes update, all content of my mediathek is gone from my PC. How is it possible to import the music from my iPad back to iTunes?

Try using a third-party utility such as Phone to PC.

iTunes- Transferring media from your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or iPod

iTunes Store- Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer
