Q: Itunes won't load becasue of Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error was loaded incorrectly

When updated Itunes I got an error message stating that

"An application has made an attempt to load the C++ runtime library incorrectly."

I removed itunes and tried to install new but I get the same error message.

Other OS, Windows XP serivce pack 3
