Q: My iPhone 4s will not rotate.

My iPhone 4s ill not rotate.  There is NO "Control Center" when I swipe the bottome of the screen. 

how can I fix this?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

For Control Center have you tried going to the home screen and then pace your finger below the bottom of the screen (e.g., on the home button but not pressing down on the home button) and then swipe upwards? It won't display unless your finger is completely below the screen when you start the upward swipe.

    Thank you so much!  I was trying to swipe at the botto of the screen NOT below the screen.
