Purchased App not unlocked

I paid 16.99 for the "All Adventures" in my Big Buck Hunter tournament edition pro APP for my iPad. It shows the purchase in my history and decreased my iTunes account but did not unlock or update on my iPad. Can you help me? I hit the report a problem link from my laptop but it had me log back in and did not send a report that I can tell.
