i want to format my iphone , but in the same time i want all my stuff back after i install it , like game saves , photos and just everything like its not formatted
i feel like my iphone needs formatting now
so what can i do to like a backup , and where the game saves and process are stored ?

Not sure what you mean by "formatting".
Why do you want to do this? What is the issue?
You can reset your iphone, which erases nothing. Covered in the basics section of the manual.
You can restore your iphone, erasing all contents and installing the firmware again. You can then restore with your backup.
Everything on your iphone should be on your computer.
You should be transferring all purchases to your computer regularly.
You should be importing all pics to your computer regularly.
You should be sync contacts, clanedars, etc regularly
