Q: itunes will not load or open error 193 pc windows 7 phone will not trust computer i keep saying trust but in dont accept keeps asking

my pc will not fire up itunes says error 193 my phone asks to trust computer constantly i keep saying trust but its not listening any help much appriciated.

iPhone 5s, Windows 7
