I do not have a debit card, credit card OR a Paypal. My iPod has been disabled for about 23 million minutes so, following other instructions I found on here I signed into my account and was told to review all of my accoutn information. It will not let me bypass these to restore the iPod. Is there any way I can go through these steps and restore the iPod without filling in this information?
