What sort of help do you need ? Are you getting an error message when trying to do something ?

You need to provide more info if you want help from these forums - what does 'not getting in to iTunes still' mean, are you not able to log into your account, are the iTunes store pages blank, does the iTunes store app not open, are you getting an error message when trying to do whatever it is that you are doing ?
