Can't burn Audio book to cd

Audible.com provides all audiobook content for the music store. I would suggest you search their site for troubleshooting help.

Just a suggestion, you might want to look at audible's monthly membership plans if you regularly listen to audiobooks. I think you may find the plans to be a lot cheaper than purchasing from iTMS. I get all my audiobooks through audible.

I have just joined audible thinking that this would get around the problem of burning my audio books to cd. Unfortunately, when audible say that a book is 'burnable', it is not by the time it's imported to iTunes and you need multiple discs. Might be better to use their software too?

I have burned audible downloads to CD through iTunes. Yes, it does take multiple discs. Could you tell me exactly what's going on when you say you can't burn such as any errors you might be getting?

Since you are new, it would be best that you always start a new topic rather than posting in the middle of someone else's thread. Posting in the middle of someone else's thread may end up getting you ignored & it's more courteous to the original poster not to disrupt their thread.

I had the same problem and got support from apple. They told me to Go to File, preferences, advanced, burning
Then change from audio cd to data cd. I tried it and it works

Susie, data CD are normally only used to backup your files since they will not play in anything but a computer. If you want to use the audiobook in some other piece of equipment such as a car stereo, it will have to be burned as an audio CD.

I tried your suggestion, and I am still unable to load audio books from CD's in sequence for listening. It seems that this should not be that hard. Any suggestions?
