Q: about my iphone

i want explain something

 

i bought an unlocked iphone 5 with a serial # F1********H1C

 

i used it around one month and its crashed.

i went to apple genius bar to check up my iphone and they gave me a new iphone 5 with a serial # F1********H1C

i don't know if this new iphone locked or unlocked.

 

when I came to Saudi Arabia

I used a saudi micro chip it didn't work cause it showed that the iphone is locked.

 

So, please could you unlock my iphone with a serial # F1*******H1C

    NOBODY here on a public user forum has the ability to unlock your phone.

     

    If you think that the replacement phone that you were given in the Apple store is locked, then you need to go back to that Apple store and take the phone with you and get another replacement that is unlocked.

     

    Either this, or you need to contact the phone company/carrier that the phone is locked to and get them to unlock it, however, if you got the phone from an Apple store, then you really need to go back to that Apple store.

     

    As stated here before, this is a public user forum for technical support questions that you were made fully aware of when you signed up to the terms and conditions, so nobody here can help you.
