Q: Cellular problem

I bought an ipad with Retina Dispaly Wi-Fi + Cellular but when I look in settings I can't find the Cellular data.

Yes, in your country it is call Mobile Data, turn it on.

It's the same as Cellular Data.

You usually use a top up card or do it over the internet with your credit card.

Check with your telco.

You should be able to use pre-paid SIM card from any telcos.
