Q: i cant download any apps from app store. the blue circle keeps spinning but it never starts the download. what should i do?

Hi Hwaikei,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. I would recommend closing all your apps and restarting and maybe resetting as good initial troubleshooting steps:
