It won't charge, no matter what lead I use or whether I plug it into the wall or my laptop. I have tried resetting it, doing that thing where you shuffle the hold button and hold the menu and middle button for 10 seconds but nothing will work. When I plug it in it doesn't even come up with the no battery sign, it just stays off. Does anyone have any suggestions?
