Q: Since last iTunes update I have problems with connecting iPod to laptop.

Since last iTunes update I have problems with connecting iPod to laptop. it appears and then iTunes say that they see iPod, but can't identify it and it disconnects itself so I can't even see it as removable drive.I tried all kind of guides and troubleshooting, but nothing helps. reinstalled iTunes, drives etc also

iPod nano (6th generation), Windows 8
