A video purchased from iTunes freezes when we play it on our iPod. Is the movie bad that we purchased or are there settings we need to change?

Why can't we watch a video purchased on iTunes on our iPod Touch 5?! The video constantly freezes.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4

There are no Settings applicable

Do other videos play OK

Try:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Delete and redownload

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
