What is this random chameleon app icon on my phone

When I run "CM security" (RAM assist) on my iphone 5, it shows a number of app icons that I recognize on my phone, EXCEPT for the one at the top of the list. It's a picture of a little stubby chameleon, followed by three Chinese caricatures. I do not read Chinese so I do not understand what it's saying nor have I ever seen this icon before on my phone, and when I go to settings/general/usage/storage/show all apps, there is nothing like it.

My fear is that it is a virus or some kind of spyware/malware although I've never heard of something like this before. Has anyone heard of this or know how I can research this icon further?
