Q: I sent a song as a gift to a friend January 29.  The email was correct.  However, he did not receive the song in his email.  I have reported the problem to Apple.  Any suggestions?

I sent a song as a gift to a friend January 29.

He did not receive the first song.

I purchased the same song again and resent it.

The email was correct as I copied it from my contact list in Outlook.

I also verified the email address with him.

He has not yet received the song.

Any suggestions?
