Q: iphone 4 froze on apple logo

I have followed all instruction on the forum and have connected the phone to itunes and hvae tried to restore. it is about a 10-14 minute porcess and at the end it the phone goes blank and then the apple logo appears again.

My nephew 10 years old has done something and i am unable to get him to explain his actions or steps of how the phone has got in to this situation.

Please do not ask to hold the wake and home button and wait and this will will rest. i have tried this and yet no luck.

I have even connected to do a factory reset and yet still no luck, it still goes back to the apple logo screen.

Please help.

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.1

Hi mad2bitz,

If you are having issues with an iPhone that is frozen on the Apple screen, you may find the following article helpful, especially the portion about doing a restore from Recovery Mode:
