Compressor is crashing every time I open it. Please advise as to how to reload compressor? I purchased from the Apple App store, but I cannot find a reload or reinstall function.

It crashes when I try to delete two setting mivies in the batch. Start Batch buttom is also grey. I deleted the app and then reloaded. This did not help.
Assuming Compressor is closed: Go to your Home Lirary by holding down the option key after clicking Go in the Finder toolbar. Open Application Support and drag the Compressor folder to the trash. (Depending on what you've done in the past, you may want to save the Layouts and Settings folders.)

I had Compressor crashing as well. I used AppCleaner to remove Compressor 4.1 > empty trash > reboot > reinstall from App Store. Fixed the crashing.
I am having another issue with it missing files in the preview windows which the reinstall didn't fix. Still working on that one.
How do I reload compressor?
