...camera not working for anything on Macbook Air 13"

my camera is not working on my Macbook Air 13" at all. My FaceTime, Photo Booth, and Skype are all saying no camera is connected. The discussions posted all offer support to restoring the camera for Skype but not for FT, iMessage, or Photo Booth. Help!
