Q: Parental controls

My enabled restrictions doesn't save my settings. So, it's not like having any restrictions at all. Unless I reset them every time.

iPad, iOS 7.0.4

Yes. Although, I don't have any "profile" option available. It's just personal use.

Reboot your iPad and see if things change.

Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart.
