I have a PC and tried to update itunes only to get the message MSVCR80.dll missing. I have uninstalled and installed 5 times with no results. Can you help?

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.
