Q: how could i activate the restored-to-factory-setting iphone after an ios update installation error occured... the original SIM of this iphone is not the one being inserted. how to request to unblock the carrier which is currently inserted?

This iphone has been open for use using the local Simcard..but when i updated this iOS 6.1.3, an error occurred and should be restored. I restored using factory settings. I had no idea of what is the effect but i found out when recovering was over. The phone could not be activated because the sim card is locked..and cannot be used..what should i use?
