Q: run time error

having a problem running itunes because it says that microsoft C++ visual will not allow it. something a run time error

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.
