Q: cannot setting email, all accounts are in fade grey color

hi, i`m iphone4 user with ios 7.0.4, i cannot setting my email, i change my password on PC, then

on iphone i cannot open my email, the iphone take me to setting menu, but all the account fade grey color, and cannot be push, its like freeze or something.

can anybody help please, thank u

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.4
