Feb 3, 2014 4:05 AM in response to Fiona0311by thomas_r.,As Diavonex indicates, this is probably an issue with a hacked e-mail account, not any kind of malware on your devices. You need to change your password on the e-mail account right away. For more information, see:

Note that, although that page mentions the remote possibility of malware, that would only apply on the Mac (there is no known malware capable of infecting an iOS device that isn't jailbroken), and there is currently no known Mac malware that behaves this way. So that's not a realistic possibility.

Feb 3, 2014 6:25 AM in response to Fiona0311by Texas Mac Man,Usually this happens when a PC running Windows is hacked and your email address is listed in the contacts of that PC. The only other way is if you clicked on a scam email and entered your email password.
