I added a music to a clip in IMovie but it has no sound?

No matter how many times I make the volume to 100%, the music has no sound but there is a green bar with the title of the song under the clips. When I tried the song with another clip that has louder sound (the clip after the red line), it works,but when I put the song on the clips before the red line (which don't have a loud sound) it has no music. This is annoying since I'm planning to put the music on muted clips. I don't know why is this happening. 😟
