Dear all, recently I have been having serious trouble with Outlook '11. At first it was delays in synchronising especially my Exchange Account and now the programm will not launch at all. Any help will be VERY appreciated!

I've not had any problems with Outlook and I, like you, am running the latest version.

As I see it you have a couple of options: post in the Office users forum (http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/mac) and hope that someone there has an answer or; completely uninstall (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2398768?wa=wsignin1.0) and reinstall Office. The latter may or may not fix the problem. But I would try the Office users forum first (if you can wait for an answer - the forums there don't see a lot of traffic) or go ahead with the uninstall/reinstall.

Good luck,

Clinton
