Q: When I buy a film bundle the second movie in the bundle will not transfer to my pc

Usually I just connect my iPad 2 via USB to my laptop and itunes auto runs. It transfers the content of my iPad to my library on my laptop. However, when I download a movie bundle only the first movie transfers automatically and the others do not. Anyone had similar problems? Anyone know how to fix it?

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.4

    Hi KAJV,

Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.

When you purchase a movie bundle on your iPad, only the first movie in the series is downloaded automatically to your device. This may be why only one movie transfers to your computer.

iTunes Store: Download options when purchasing TV seasons, Season Passes, Multi-Passes, movie bundles, music box sets, or individual movies or TV episodes

    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5731

    iOS 6 or later

When you purchase a movie bundle, you'll be presented with two options:

    • Tapping the Later button will not download any movies from the bundle. You'll be able to download your movies at any time from iTunes in the Cloud.

    • Clicking the Download button will download the first movie from the series.

You can use the steps found at this link to download the other movies in the bundle to your iPad or computer:

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

    Regards,

hi, i understand now. Thanks! . On ipad the download options are "later" and "download" but on the PC there is a third option of "download all". It will take much longer to download the  movies on my slow PC but that is what i am now doing. There seems to be differences from the itunes app and the itunes PC version.
