Q: network problem with TV only

I was watching a movie from Netflix on smart tv using Time Capsule for my network. It suddenly quit working. My laptop and printer still work fine.  All the settings for my Time Capsule have changed to zeros and I can't get it to stay set to wireless network. I re-entered the settings but for some reason I can't find the setting for DNS server Any ideas, anyone? I"m not even sure where the problem is. Confusing since my other wireless devices work, There just happened to be a Charter truck on my street near my house at the time Could Charter have messed me up or is that cooincidence?
