Hello. When I try to find my Macbook Pro on my iPhone 5s via bluetooth, it just keeps saying "searching". What could be the problem?

Other than for Internet tethering, You cannot connect with your Mac using Bluetooth.

To transfer anything to the iPhone, you have to use iTunes to sync either through the corded connection or through WiFi sync. You can't bluetooth anything besides an internet connection between any computer/iPhone.

The internet is through the carrier. Bluetooth has nothing to do with the internet. You need to add a hotspot to account for your computer to use "your phones internet". It will then show up in the wifi section of your computer.

It would be helpful to explain what a "hotspot" on an iPhone is. Or use its full name - Personal Hotspot - so that an iPhone user may recognise it in the Settings list (or Settings menu) - 5th from the top.
