I'm having this issue as well.


Just bought a ****-ton of music, tried to download and sync, but my 2 ipods are not recognized. I cannot sync, detect, or charge anything.

2 ipods, 2 cables, used 2 PCs, uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes, contacted Apple several times and nothing.


Would be nice to get a warning that something isn't working before you purchase.
