Does Early 2011 Intel HD Graphics 3000 Support Open CL?

Thinking of upgrading from Sony Vegas 11 to 13 (Platinum Suite not Pro) and see a requirement that the GPU support Open CL. I have an Early 2011 13" MBP Running Windows 7 64Bit Ultimate bootcamped. So Does Early 2011 Intel HD Graphics 3000 Support Open CL?
