Stuck at booting

I opened my MacBook today and the screen stayed black.

I restarted my macbook since the screen wouldn't turn on again.

Every time I boot it now it stays stuck at the apple logo with the spinning gear below it.

After 15 seconds or so the spinning wheel freeze's and then the screen stays that way...

Its a new Macbook pro, 5 months old. The Logic Board already got replaced 2 months ago..

I did a SMC PRAM reset etc.. When I start up holding shift the progress bar at the bottom just freezes at ~30%.

Anyone else know what I can do before going back to the AppleStore again?
