finder window icon

Anyone know if I am able to attach a custom icon to the 'New Folder' icon?

When in 'Customize Toolbar' in a Finder window, theres the standard 'New Folder' icon with a plus sign. When dragging that as a favorite onto my toolbar, I would like to change the default icon image?
