16x20 prints

Quick answer: it depends on what paper they are printed on.

OK - then, if you order a 16x20 print from Apple, on what kind of paper is it printed?

The 16x20 prints I've ordered through iPhoto (formerly Ofoto and now KodakGallery) are glossy. If I want a matte or luster finish I use Adorama's print service or Mpix. Mpix offers a number of options for quality and B&W printing.
