It's possible that the apps did not completely download to your iPhone. I would suggest restarting and/or resetting the device first:
iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Turning off and on (restarting) and resettinghttp://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
If you still don't see the apps you purchased on any of your home screens, download them again:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519
If you continue to have issues with these purchases, contact the iTunes Store for assistance:I hope this information helps ....
