Q: I install the Itunes most recent version but I keep getting "windows error 126"

What can I do if I already install the most recent version of itunes but I keep

getting a message of error 126 and then I can't access itunes at all??

It also says when downloading, to make sure I have enough permissions for it??

I have a windows 7 software.

What can I do? HELP Please!
