Thanks for the tip on PDFpro. I just have one PDF document that I would like to edit, so it's not worth spending the money to buy it. I thought there might be a simple/free way to do it, but looks like there's not.

Or you can also convert PDF to editable Word or Excel with enolsoft PDF converter.
