Q: Mac AppStore Updates will not go away after installing them

I've updated them countless times to try and get rid of them, I've tried the majority of "solutions" others have had, and it is not working. Been going on for about 2 months. Currently running OS X 10.9.1, although the issue happened on 10.9 as well. My computer is the 2013 MacBook Air. It's getting really frustrating :/
