Q: upgrading iPhoto '11 before ordering

I am running OS 10.7.5, and have iPhoto '11 9.2.1 and need to order a couple of iphoto books. It tells me to update to 9.2.3 but whe I go to the App store or to Software update thIthere are no updates available. Software update specifically tells me there are none available. Other than switching to Mountain Lion or mavericks, we keep up do date with all software patches and updates. So I am surprised.

I do not wish to update the OS right now (it is always a world of pain, usually not very helpful, and we are doing fine thank you very much.)

Can I still order with iPhoto '11 9.2.1?
