Q: I have frequently built and ordered iPhoto books but am currently having troubnle with one. When I start the "buy" process it freezes about 50% of the way through the process and automatically shuts down my computer. 4 times, same results.
I have run into problems with buying an iPhoto book. Half way through the process it freezes and then automatically shuts down my computer. I have run MacKeeper and the system is clear. Tried to buy the book 4 times with same results. In the past I have built and ordered dozens of books without any problem.

1 - GET RID of Mac Keeper - it is a solution to nothing and often a creater of major problems - possibly even the source of your problem - read the user tip on MacKeeper which includes removal instructions (and note that CleanMyMac2 is even worse - you have no need for these types of programs on a Mac)
2 - does a preview of your book work -
Before ordering your book preview it using this method - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1040 - and save the resulting PDF for reference - the delivered book will match it.
3 - boot into safe mode, preview again and order while in safe mode
4 - if none of these work then your probably have hosed your iPHoto library and may need to go back to a backup from before MacKeeper
