Hotmail on Snow Leopard

Hello,

I had been using the httpmail plugin since 2009 in order to continue having access to my hotmail folders in Mail.

Last week I was forced to upgrade to Snow Leopard, and now the httpmail plugin no longer functions.

I was shown a workaround technique to import hotmail and folders, however this does not solve my latest issue.

The problem now is that because I have plenty of local drive space, and limited space online via hotmail, I have been organizing my folders locally for the last four years. That's tens of thousands of business-related messages sitting on my hard drive that I am now unable to access.

So I have the hold Windows account with no folder access, and the new Hotmail account with folders--but no archives more recent than 2009.

I'm guessing there is no solution to getting back to the state I was in, so I guess my question is: how can I access the last 4 years of messages I had in folders? They must be saved somewhere locally, in which case, perhaps I can restore them and manually put them in folders now?

(yes I do plan to migrate away from Hotmail, but in the meantime I can't afford to lose all this data).

Thanks for any advice!
