Q: When I try to go to the iTunes store from the iTunes on my PC, iTunes stops and I can't access the store. Any ideas?

When I try to go to the iTunes store from the iTunes on my PC, iTunes stops and I can't access the store. Any ideas? My iTunes also refuses to update automatically if that has a bearing. I'm usine Windows 7 Professional on an Acer desktop.
