Q: My Iphone 4s shut down today.  When I connected it to my pc it said that it was in recovery mode and that my phone needed to be restored.  When I attempt to restore, I getting error message #9.  I have followed all the suggested solutions for security.

I am still unable to restore my phone.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4
