Q: I have an iPhone 4 and the sound with randomly just stop if I'm listening to music or on apps but not on FaceTime or voice calls, how do I go about fixing this?

Please help, the sound will only work for about 10 minutes and then it goes off, it does not pause or shut down the music it just stops producing sound

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.4
